A Clear Day In The Sunlight

The morning sun warms the air just enough in the wintertime to create a dew that when it reaches the nostrals and olfactories gives the senses a feeling of purity and a clean spirit. This renewal of life's fire, the oxygen that enriches our blood's potency, can quicken our heart and enliven our mind to such a state of mindfulness that one may wonder why we don't all find time to breath in the fresh air of the dawning day. The truth is that such brutal awareness of one's surroundings can be uncomfortable at times. We want to only be aware of a fraction of what goes on around us, the reality of everyday existence can be overwhelming at times. The challenge is to let in more and more of everyday, so as to allow your mind to expand and grow. If we could all just become more aware of 5 more minutes of everyday and continue this trend unto its completion, we could truly start to effect change within our lives. And then we would all be glad to take in the warming air of the morning sun and find peace within a day that is clear.
